Our Mission is to Provide You with the Most Outstanding Service Experience possible. We accomplish this by maintaining a golden reputation, obtaining the highest level of experience and education possible. We then incorporate all that knowledge and experience to each job we perform.

Buddy’s Carpet Care was opened in 1978. Buddy McClelland envisioned beginning a company that would be different from the typical cleaning company. One that focused on such a superior job, that client referrals would fuel its growth. Buddy educated his clients on correct methods to vacuum, spot and maintain their carpet, rugs and upholstery to extend the cleaning time and the life of the textiles.

In 2002, Tuft Aide Inc. joined Buddy’s Carpet Care. Tuft Aide Inc. specializes in Water Damage Restoration, Structural Drying and Mold Remediation. Tuft Aide has partnered with the Xtreme Team and Hydro-Lab out of Indianapolis from 2004 - 20012 to obtain industry leading equipment, specialty drying techniques and education. Our goal is to save our clients time and money by keeping them in business while drying their facility, in a safe, healthy environment with minimal tear out or construction needed.

Tuft Aide partners with business owners to provide education and a pre loss plan of action with upfront costs in case of a major water loss. We do this free of charge so when or if a major water loss does occur we can move quickly to mitigate with the proper equipment and system for each circumstance.
